Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) announced today she will not seek re-election as the top Democrat in the House but will remain in Congress. House Majority Steny Hoyer (D-Md) also announced that he would decline to seek a leading role. It’s looking more like Rep. Hakeem Jeffries of New York will be the new Democratic leader in the House. 2/ They promised investigations, and here they come
House Republicans introduced an investigation that apparently shows President Jow Biden had direct involvement with his son Hunter’s international business deals. The committee released a report on the investigation. Rep. James Comer (R-Ky) said Republicans have uncovered evidence that shows the president “misused his public positions to further his family’s financial interests.” (Legal Insurrection, Daily Caller, Forbes)
